Oz Barak
CEO & Co-Founder
Oz has over 20 years of experience in the wireless industry, with a history of developing successful teams in wireless communication technologies from ground up. Before founding DesignArt Networks, Oz was involved in building several private companies. Prior to that, he was the COO of Millimetrix, a pioneer in high capacity wireless backhaul solutions, and built the company from founding stage to break-even point. Oz was the VP of R&D for Teledata Communications, a company providing wireline and wireless access telecommunication solutions, acquired in 1999 by ADC Communications for $200M in cash.

Assaf Touboul
CTO & Co-Founder
Assaf brings a broad experience in managing technology, design and implementation for wireless communication systems. Prior to founding DesignArt, Assaf was Director of System Engineering at Airspan Networks, a leading company in broadband wireless access, responsible for technology and architecture of WiMAX system development. Assaf was the head of System Architecture group at Millimetrix, a pioneer in high capacity wireless backhaul solutions. Assaf started his career in the broadband wireless access R&D at Teledata Communications, a company providing telecommunication access solutions.

Joachim Hallwachs
VP Marketing
Joachim has over 20 years of experience in the communications and networking industry, with executive assignments in business development, product management and marketing. Prior to joining DesignArt, Joachim was the VP marketing and business development at sentitO Networks. Joachim was the VP PLM at Avaya, where he led a team of 35 people, generating approximately $ 750m in revenue. Joachim served as the VP Solution Marketing at Siemens, where he was responsible for the technical planning and subsequent execution on major M&A strategies. Joachim started his career at Siemens, where he held several senior technical and marketing positions.

Eli Leizerovitz
VP Sales
Eli has around 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining DesignArt, Eli served for 7 years as the VP of Sales and Business Development of Provigent, a developer of SoC solutions for the Fixed Broadband Wireless systems market, where he brought the company from founding to a position of the leading supplier with dozens of customers and M$s revenues. Prior to Provigent, Eli was VP Business Development of Snapshield, a developer of a new platform that enables service providers to offer telecom security as a value-added service. Prior to Snapshield, Eli was responsible for the air traffic control activity at Nice Systems and later served as the Business Development Director for the division. Prior to Nice Systems, Eli managed a wireless system development project at Tadiran Communication, and later served as the Sales and Marketing Director of the advanced wireless data links division.

Avishay Mor
VP Product Management
Avishay has over 15 years of experience in Marketing, Product Management and R&D management, in the wireless communication industry. Prior to joining DesignArt, Avishay was Director of Product Strategy at Alvarion, a leader in broadband wireless access. Avishay was Director of Product Management at Millimetrix, a pioneer in high capacity wireless backhaul solutions. Avishay started his career at Teledata Communications, a company providing telecommunication access solutions, where he held project management positions in the broadband wireless access R&D.

Meir Tsadik
VP R&D
Meir has 27 years of experience in the VLSI industry in a wide range of applications, such as CPU design, DSP based communication devices, DVD and video, Ethernet controllers and cable modems. Prior to joining DesignArt, Meir led the Intel design center in Jerusalem, an organization of 160 engineers. Meir was the COO of Zoran micro-electronics, a company developing DVD and consumer VLSI products, responsible for a team of 100 people. Meir was the GM of the National Semiconductors design center, an organization of 180 employees, responsible for VLSI solutions for communication applications, digital answering machines and peripheral chips.
